A Holy Spirit Tsunami!

It is always amazing to feel the Holy Spirit move among us, but with believers earnestly seeking Him, we feel His presence in an exceptional way!  This was the experience in New Orleans recently when 56 students and leaders from Minnesota came to serve.  Their passion to serve God was beautiful and inspiring.  They worked with the homeless, local food bank, food distribution center, Boys & Girls Club, and much more.  The impact was across all ages, backgrounds, and demographics with whom they spoke and served.  There was a tsunami of the Holy Spirit that also moved within themselves on the last night of worship.  One of their students accepted Christ as Savior!!  Plus there were 23 participants, 22 students & 1 leader, who were all baptized!  You could feel the presence of the Lord in the church and He did mighty things!  Praise the Lord for His calling and how He lead this group closer to Himself!

If you want to join God where He is at work, check out the website for new opportunities that continuously arise: adventures.org.  If you feel led to support me as a local missionary in continuing this mission, please prayerfully give at courtneyroberson.myadventures.org and click “support” on the top right of the page.

Thank you for your prayers and financial support!  God bless you!

God is Moving in North Carolina!

God is at work through people like YOU in Black Mountain, NC.  There was so much damage to the area that it will take years to rebuild.  The devastation is immense, but God still shines through this community!  Their hearts for Him and appreciation of the volunteers is immeasurable.

From 3/13-3/21, I had the pleasure to serve along with 119 others from all over the US in this community. There were over 35 homes that received work ranging from landscaping/mud removal, to mold removal, wall studs replaced, drywall, paint, etc.  Many types of construction and clean-up were done to help these residents begin recovering from the tragedy they have experienced.  There were blessings of physical improvement to their homes, but more importantly, the prayer and spiritual uplifting they received was the true gift from God.

Please continue to pray for our “neighbors” in North Carolina!  If you feel led to partner with us and be boots on the ground with Adventures, please check out our website: adventures.org and request more information.

God bless you!

“Boots on the Ground!”

God’s people are at work serving our neighbors in North Carolina!  The outpouring of service and love is overwhelming!  I have been asked by many in my hometown on how to help: Visit adventures.org to sign up to help God’s people dig out and rebuild after a disaster changed their world.

Your prayers for missions, joining us in the “boots on the ground” efforts, and your financial support are all greatly appreciated and a huge blessing!  Please visit my site on how to join me.

*Lord, we humbly ask for Your presence.  Lift up and comfort those who are in need right now.  Guide Your servants to be Your hands and feet, listening to You, and following Your call to help.  Give us Your heart, strength, and compassion. In Jesus name, Amen.*
